By registering for and attending the conference, participants agree to the following conditions:
Registration Requirement: All participants must complete official registration prior to attending the conference.
Adherence to Program: Participants are expected to follow the conference schedule and event guidelines.
Professional Conduct: Participants must maintain professionalism, mutual respect, and ethical behavior at all times.
Compliance with Laws and Policies: Attendees must comply with applicable national laws, public health guidelines, and event-specific protocols.
Use of Conference Materials: Materials provided are for knowledge-sharing purposes and must not be misrepresented or used without proper acknowledgment.
To support documentation, reporting, and dissemination of conference outcomes:
Official Documentation: Authorized photographers and videographers will be present throughout the event.
Media Consent: Attendance grants organizers the right to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings that may include participants' image, voice, or contributions.
Usage Rights: These materials may be used for reports, websites, social media, and promotional or advocacy purposes.
Opt-Out Provision: Participants who do not wish to be recorded must notify the organizing committee in writing in advance or inform the registration desk upon arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
Ethical Standards: All media content will be used in accordance with ethical standards and applicable data protection regulations.
Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used exclusively for conference-related purposes.
Confidentiality: Sensitive information shared during sessions should be treated as confidential unless otherwise indicated by organizers or presenters.
Personal Responsibility: Organizers shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the conference.
Logistics: Participants remain responsible for their own insurance, travel, and personal arrangements unless explicitly specified otherwise by the organizing committee.
Post-Conference Reporting: A comprehensive report detailing key deliberations and recommendations will be shared with participants and relevant stakeholders.
Right to Amend: Organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
